Minimum Requirements

• Completed one-year training as Pflegeassistent, Altenpflegehelfer, or Krankenpflegehelfer
• Enthusiasm and commitment to resident care
• Empathy and high social competence
• Teamwork and flexibility
• Valid driver’s license (Class B)
• Ability to organize medical transportation for residents
• Support to professional staff in resident care tasks
• Assistance with mobilization, bed-making, and positioning of residents
• Participation in care rounds and documentation
• Responsible use of resources and supplies
• Implementation of meal services
