As Corporate Marketing Lead, you are responsible for managing a Corporate Marketing team working in the fields of Design, Brand, Online Marketing, Content Marketing, and Events. Tasks inspiring you

• Lead and develop our Corporate Marketing department including functions like Design, Brand and Online Marketing
• Oversee the creation and implementation of various Corporate Marketing strategies and manage their execution
• Analyze the success of our Corporate Marketing efforts and create weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
• Develop and own our content plan
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks for the team to reach short and long-term goals
• Stay ahead of new trends in Corporate Marketing
• Ensure close alignment with all team members
• Ensure a strong brand message and consistency across all channels and activities
• Identify relevant market trends and topics and plan and execute corresponding marketing activities
• Streamline processes and build strong relationships with Field Marketing and Product Marketing teams
• Cooperate with our IR&PR team
• In this position, you will report directly to the SVP Marketing & Communication

Qualifications that inspire us

• Several years of experience in of experience in Corporate Marketing at a software company or a related role
• Relevant experiences in leading a team (onsite and remote)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience with working in international teams
• Very good writing skills and a very good attention to details
• Good understanding of Brand and Design concepts
• Experience in Social Media Marketing and with managing websites
• Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Open-minded, flexible with a pragmatic mind
• Fluent in German and English is a must, Polish skills are a plus
• Typo 3 knowledge is a plus
