Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a sales role within the SaaS/e-commerce industry
  • Experience in B2B sales, with knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to communicate benefits effectively
  • Experience presenting SaaS products and explaining technical concepts simply and accessibly
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive or HubSpot
  • Openness and strong relationship-building skills
  • Creativity and independence
  • Willingness to develop and learn new solutions
  • Native speaker or fluency in German
  • Very good English level (minimum B2)

Tasks

  • Managing client relationships during the trial period to ensure subscription renewal
  • Acquiring new clients and fostering long-term relationships
  • Conducting online presentations for potential clients
  • Educating and increasing knowledge about our product among new and existing users
  • Reporting and analyzing progress
  • Optimizing and improving the customer success process
  • Conducting market analysis on trends, competition, and consumer needs
  • Managing sales activities using a CRM system
