IT Specialist / System Administrator (m/f/d)

At our plant in Triptis, we manufacture window frames, window sashes and the associated glass as well as PVC-U front doors and lift and slide doors. Every single product is made to measure for our customers. We use a wide variety of manufacturing processes. This makes our production extremely varied and very demanding. It is therefore essential for our success that the large number of individual production steps mesh perfectly. And this is where you come in.

Our IT team ensures smooth production on several assembly lines and in various assembly cells. To achieve this, our IT experts look after all the hardware and software used in the plant and ensure the best possible support on a daily basis.

As an IT specialist, you will

1. install, optimize, administer and maintain the IT at our site
2. competently advise, support and train users as first and second level support remotely and on-site
3. analyze errors and faults and find optimal solutions
4. protect and further develop local systems, networks and technologies
5. help shape the systematic planning, budgeting and procurement of hardware and software
6. manage users, licenses and rights
7. work on national and international IT projects

Your qualification:

1. Successfully completed training in IT or a comparable qualification with a focus on IT
2. Experience in IT support, ideally in a production environment
3. Know-how in the administration and management of hardware and software
4. Knowledge of information security
5. Strong communicator and collegial team player
6. Solution- and goal-oriented way of working
7. High service orientation
8. Good written and spoken German and English skills
