The role –

The successful candidate will join a busy team of 4, placing senior level professionals within the DACH region. You will be part of their high performing contract recruitment team.

With an extensive training programme and 1-2-1 training, you will become an expert in your field.

You will learn the full 360 recruitment role, starting by expertly sourcing, screening and networking with prospective candidates. While building your own client base and learning how to acquire new clients through business development/ cold acquisition. You’ll manage the relationships with both candidates and clients, advising them both throughout the interview process and offer stages.

Minimum Requirements:

  • You will be a recent graduate, who has experience in sales or outbound customer service.
  • Must speak fluent German and English.
  • EU right to work required.
  • Confidently able to communicate with senior level candidates and clients.
  • A self-motivated and ambitious individual who can work autonomously.
  • Competitive nature, as you’ll be working in a fast paced, dynamic industry.
  • Ambition to grow to senior level roles.
