We are a dynamic team at home in the exciting world of IT – and we need you to bring our stories, solutions and visions to life on social media. Does that sound good? About the job:

  1. Analysis, monitoring and reporting of social media channels including measures and derivation of recommendations for action
  2. Content strategies for B2B target groups, persona development and further development
  3. You coordinate and manage content on various social media touchpoints
  4. You build and maintain brand ambassador and community relationships and develop user-generated content initiatives
  5. You integrate SEO and content optimization strategies
  6. Increase social media engagement / followers through daily creation and sharing of stories, posts, reals etc.
  7. Creation and implementation of an editorial plan / marketing strategy
  8. Commissioning, coordination and implementation of graphic assignments with our design agency (or yourself if you have the relevant skills)
  9. Launching PR campaigns, maintaining contact with local media

Who you are:

  1. Degree in marketing, communications, media, economics or a comparable qualification
  2. Enthusiasm for social media marketing
  3. Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of social media (B2B/B2C)
  4. You have experience in online content management with the ability to coordinate and effectively manage content on various platforms
  5. You are creative and have a keen sense for appealing texts and visual content
  6. You are confident in using LinkedIn, Xing and Instagram
  7. Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
  8. You have a good technical understanding and are able to think analytically and across disciplines; you are no stranger to IT
  9. A high degree of personal responsibility and organizational skills
  10. Very good knowledge of both German and English
  11. Proficient in MS Office, especially Teams, Planner, PowerPoint and Excel
  12. A willingness to learn and initiative are also very important to us
  13. You are a talented communicator and team spirit is your top priority

It would be optimal if:

  1. You already have experience with YouTube and TikTok as well as visualizing content with Adobe programs or Canva.
  2. You find PR exciting and have multimedia skills.
  3. You have knowledge of other languages of our respective national companies.
