Atlas Copco is actively seeking motivated individuals to join its PLM team, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a passion for solving problems within a global environment. The CAD/PLM Expert will play a crucial role in managing the interface between our PLM system (Enovia) and CAD systems (SolidWorks and Creo). Serving as a liaison between real-world business requirements and available out-of-the-box solutions, the CAD/PLM Expert reports to the PLM Program Manager within the Gas and Process Division.

Your role

1. Manage interfaces between PLM (Enovia) and CAD (SolidWorks, Creo)
2. Define the divisional CAD strategy and support PLM integration
3. Provide second-line support for CAD users regarding the PLM/CAD connector
4. Conduct data migration from other systems into Enovia
5. Define processes, templates, and workflows across all global sites
6. Document solutions in the internal Wiki to build a knowledge base for training and support
7. Enhance user acceptance
8. Governance over divisional CAD System landscape

Your profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, coupled with experience in a related field
2. An understanding of Enovia & Concepts
3. Experience with MQL, TCL
4. 5+ years of CAD experience (SolidWorks and/or Creo preferred)
5. Several years of experience with Engineering systems (PLM/PDM)
6. Experience with data CAD migration
7. Experience with data cleansing/restructuring
