Do you want to help shape academic programs and take on responsibility in a dynamic international environment? Then we would love to hear from you!

In our Program Services team, you will work at the intersection of faculty, the Dean of Programs, and other study-facing departments like Student Services, Admissions, and the Library. Your focus will be on the organization, further development, and quality assurance of our study programs.

Position Details:

  • Full-time (40 hours/week), part-time may be possible
  • Start Date: September 1, 2025
  • Initial 2-year contract with the option for permanent employment
  • Up to 50% remote work possible

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate our study programs in close collaboration with internal faculty, external guest lecturers, and students.
  • Organize and implement the curriculum, including scheduling, course planning, and room bookings.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and quality assurance of our programs and curricula.
  • Advise students on study-related issues, for example at our cross-departmental Student Info Point.
  • Support the organization and administration of exams and issue study certificates.
  • Maintain and update content in our campus management system and Moodle.
  • Prepare data for internal reporting and statistical purposes.
  • Contribute ideas and content for marketing our programs, such as websites and brochures.

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree
  • Initial experience working in higher education or a comparable environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and navigate new topics confidently
  • Strong organizational skills, self-initiative, and team spirit
  • Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and a passion for collaboration
  • Very good command of German and English (native level preferred)
  • Confident use of MS Office; experience with campus or learning management systems is a plus
  • Affinity for numbers; database skills are a bonus
  • Intercultural competence and enthusiasm for working in an international environment
