What you do
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and design solutions. Take ownership of your tickets from conception to delivery.
- Feature Development: Design, develop, and deploy new Salesforce features across Sales and Service Cloud using High-Code, Low-Code, and No-Code solutions.
- Integration Mastery: Integrate Salesforce with other systems via Mulesoft, enhancing our platform’s capabilities.
- Tech Stack Enhancement: Improve our sales-tech stack by implementing third-party apps like document management and backup solutions.
- Data Management: Manage complex data processes, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
- Advanced Support: Provide support for complex administrative requests, ensuring system smoothness.
- System Refactoring: Optimize and refactor existing systems for better performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Your Skills
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with extensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, Mulesoft).
- Expertise in APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like Mulesoft.
- Proficiency with SFDX, Git, DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data, security, and best practices.
- Experience working in agile/SCRUM environments.
- Ability to deliver scalable, innovative solutions for international companies.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in teams.
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce CPQ, JavaScript Developer I.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
