Then become a changemaker (f/m/d) and join our team as a DevOps Transformation Engineer (f/m/d) at E.ON Digital Technology. This role is essential for driving the transition towards state-of-the-art, product-centric teams. It supports teams in designing, implementing, and improving CI/CD and cloud architectures, providing hands-on technical support to enable faster, reliable deployments, and ensuring smoother operations and higher quality releases.

Your meaningful & challenging tasks include:

  • Consulting product teams in their journey to become DevOps-powered units leveraging modern software development and operations practices
  • Setting up and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to enhance release processes
  • Automating provisioning and configuration of development and test environments and establishing Infrastructure-as-Code practices
  • Implementing automated testing to ensure high quality
  • Organizing and conducting hackathons to support DevOps transformation

Your authentic & ambitious profile:

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
  • Proficiency with Git, OpenShift, Kubernetes (Docker), Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), and Linux
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Groovy, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Docker
  • Experience deploying applications, microservices, and infrastructure components using automation tools
  • Ability to coordinate software releases ensuring smooth transitions across environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative team spirit
  • Ability to provide guidance and hands-on support to colleagues and management
