We are currently looking for an HR Generalist who will play a vital role in supporting our German team and driving a positive employee experience. Reporting locally, your focus will be on managing the day-to-day operations of the People function while supporting HR processes throughout the full employee lifecycle. In this role, you'll combine strong HR expertise with excellent interpersonal skills to help foster a supportive, compliant, and high-performing environment.


What you will do
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing professional advice to staff and managers.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, absence tracking, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS.
  • Oversee preparatory payroll and benefits administration in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support employee retention by resolving issues promptly and fostering a positive workplace culture.
What you should bring
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and German employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.
  • Experience handling employee relations matters and implementing HR policies.
  • Attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with payroll preparation and compensation practices.
  • Fluency in English and B2 level or higher proficiency in German (spoken and written).
