Performance Marketing Team
The Performance Marketing team is responsible for the direct marketing channels SEA, paid social, affiliate, programmatic, and SEO. This team plays a key role in the growth strategy and contributes to new customer acquisition. Our goal is to raise awareness of our products and convince potential customers of AGILA along the funnel. Our mission is to support all dog and cat owners in keeping their pets healthy.
PPC Manager
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven PPC Manager to lead and optimize our paid advertising strategy across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital ad networks. You will be responsible for maximizing ROI through data-driven ad planning, testing, execution, and reporting. Your expertise in paid media channels, campaign setup, and optimization will drive performance across our paid marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid social and display campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Support paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Bing, collaborating with the Online Marketing Manager.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while achieving KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting to refine strategies.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling creatives and landing pages.
- Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.
- Manage relationships with agencies or vendors if applicable.
- Build internal reporting tools to support campaign managers.
Profile
- 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven success managing large-scale campaigns with significant ad spend.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other PPC tools.
- Strong analytical skills, experience with data-driven decision making (Excel, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
