We are seeking a Marketing Automations Specialist (Freelancer) for our client. You will play a vital role in supporting the Microsoft team. Enjoy a dynamic and versatile work environment within a successful European market-leading company. Your focus will be on assisting our central Microsoft marketing team to improve European marketing campaign project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and optimize daily operational requests to support global Marketo operations, ensuring smooth handling of automation tasks and troubleshooting issues.
  2. Set up and maintain automated programs to meet marketing objectives across teams, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.
  3. Conduct regular reviews and optimizations of automations and reports, monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven improvements.
  4. Perform data cleanups to maintain data integrity and keep records within Marketo accurate and up-to-date.
  5. Handle backend development tasks related to Marketo, utilizing technical skills to customize and enhance the platform.
  6. Collaborate with local marketing teams to lead successful campaigns.
  7. Drive best practices within the automation team and stakeholders regarding Marketo features.
  8. Participate in the exploration of new features and developments to enhance Marketo usage within the group.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. Proven experience with Marketo, including setup and maintenance of automated marketing programs.
  2. Strong technical backend development skills related to Marketo.
  3. Knowledge of data-driven marketing to optimize campaign performance.
  4. Understanding of efficient marketing campaigns and full-funnel demand generation strategies.
  5. Interest in processes and a good understanding of technical aspects.
  6. Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
