The company counts c.50 FTEs located inGermany (HQ), with offices in China, France, and India.

  • Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between buyers and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges that may arise during the trading process.
  • Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions.
  • Conduct regular analysis of trade data and provide insights to enhance trading strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Address any concerns or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem resolution.
  • Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all trades comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and contribute to the development of compliance protocols.

PROFILE :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is aplus
  • You have prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key AccountManagement, or Account Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You demonstrate excellent French skills and strong verbal and writtencommunication skills in English. German is NOT mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • A basic understanding of national and international trade and supply chainmanagement is a plus.

Relocation package to Berlin will be provided.
