The engineer initiates and implements EU-wide improvement activities, demonstrating ownership, understanding initiatives in detail, and influencing outcomes to achieve tangible productivity and efficiency gains in the FC.

Key job responsibilities include:

  3. Reviewing open Action Plans weekly, engaging stakeholders to complete actions and meet targets.
  4. Collaborating with central PE functions and regional Site PEs to clarify process-related doubts and leverage expertise.
  5. Driving network best practice implementation and sharing innovations across EU FCs.
  6. Supporting the deployment of all EU network initiatives, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
  7. Partnering with FC Ops through daily Gemba walks, organizing weekly meetings, and building strong relationships with FC leadership.
  8. Supporting or leading EU Projects, especially those expanding scope across multiple FCs.
  9. Participating in site management operations as needed, especially in Q4.
