1.Project full cycle management:
Lead offshore wind project fulfillment, develop full life cycle management plan (time/budget/quality), decompose project scope and assign team responsibilities;
Monitor project progress and cost, utilize risk management tools to reduce deviation rates, and submit regular performance reports to the client.
2.Cross-team leadership.
Manage cross-cultural project teams (including offshore teams), including design institutes, construction companies, and supervisory organizations;
Host daily internal station meetings and regular client meetings to establish an agile communication mechanism;
Coordinate external relationships with government agencies, vendors, etc. to resolve technical compliance and approval barriers;
Leading the completion settlement, data archiving and compliance procedures in the project closing stage;
4.Compliance capacity building:
Refine project management experience to form standardized documents, optimize EPC project delivery process.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachlor degree in engineering management/electrical/offshore engineering, more than 8 years of offshore wind power EPC project management experience (at least led 2 complete projects);
2.PMP/PRINCE2 certification and senior engineer title, proficient in Microsoft Project/JIRA,Bilingual (English, German) fluent.
3.Conflict resolution and decision making skills, successfully handled crisis cases with schedule delays or cost overruns.
4.Familiar with German BImSchG regulations and offshore wind power grid connection standards.
5.Experience in European new energy projects for Chinese enterprises is a plus.
