We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager (all genders) for our office in Stuttgart. With your enthusiasm for luxury brands, you will contribute to our retail and window campaigns.

WHAT YOU DO

• Plan and organize various window campaigns in close coordination with our Key Account Director.
• Engage in direct customer contact and act as the first contact person.
• Support our Key Account Director in achieving sales and profit targets, and develop existing and new business.
• Coordinate between internal design, specialist departments, our production facility, and external logistics partners. Manage budgeting and business processes to ensure projects are completed profitably within tight schedules.

WHO YOU ARE

• At least 4 years of experience in technical project management and retail campaigns, with knowledge of production, materials, construction, and logistics planning.
• Experience in an agency environment with production or a background in design or visual merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges, from planning to production, and a team player.
• Strong communication skills, confident dealing with customers and external partners.
• High responsibility, reliability, and an affinity for numbers.
• Business fluent in English and German; knowledge of French is a plus. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
