Key job responsibilities

  3. Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvements in tech and non-tech products, seeing them through from start to finish
  4. Enhance operational performance on every product in partnership with stakeholders

A day in the life

As Senior Product Manager, you’ll drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects, tech products, and programs. You’ll use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan.

Senior Product Managers handle complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership. Beyond process improvements, you could contribute to areas like diversity, equity, and inclusion.

About the team

The Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team is vital to Amazon’s success. Using air, sea, and road transport, as well as advanced sortation centres, we ensure maximum efficiency. Our team leverages data to make informed decisions, driving innovation and efficiency while prioritizing safety and sustainability.

Minimum qualifications

  • A degree
  • Experience analyzing data and creating reports for leadership
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders, including peers and leadership
  • Managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Excel)
  • Experience with data visualization software (Tableau or Quicksight)
  • Previous experience as Business Analyst or Data Scientist
  • Experience in Product Management and collaboration with tech teams
  • A degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, or an MBA
  • Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or transportation planning
