Service Planner - Germany

Job Overview: The role is based at Hofheim-Wallau, Germany.

Responsible for managing daily customer maintenance planning and service requirements, as per contractual requirements or service requests.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the day-to-day Field Service operations. Act as the primary point of contact between customers and engineers.
• Assign and organize daily tasks for the service engineer team and track fulfillment with customers and engineers.
• Process service orders and prepare invoicing.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and record details in the company database.
• Create service quotes and obtain necessary approvals.
• Collaborate closely with service management to optimize FSE team utilization and ensure timely completion of service orders within each calendar month.
• Perform general office duties and support management and company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills; enjoys engaging with people with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Strong process-oriented working style.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
• Proficient computer skills, especially with MS Office products.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (MS Dynamics) and databases is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
