Strategic Channel & Campaign Development: You will shape the further development of our CRM and messenger marketing, as well as the planning and implementation of automated lifecycle campaigns across email, messenger, and other channels – in both B2B and B2C contexts.
Personalized Communication & Segmentation: You will develop target group-specific, multi-stage campaigns for reactivation, product communication, and customer retention – with a strong focus on relevance and personalization.
Content & Conversion: In close collaboration with the content team, you will create compelling content and develop high-performing subject lines and campaign elements through A/B testing.
CRM Management & Automation: You will be responsible for the maintenance and strategic use of our CRM system with the goal of a 360° customer view and consistent communication across all channels.
Enablement & Knowledge Transfer: You will train colleagues in the use of the CRM system, support their onboarding, and secure knowledge through documentation and cross-location collaboration.
Data & Insights: You will analyze CRM KPIs, derive optimization potentials, and bring new impulses from current market trends, tools, and best practices into the team.
What You Bring:
A completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a similar field of study.
At least 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing – ideally with a focus on CRM, messenger, or social channels, as well as solid knowledge in B2B and B2C marketing strategies, data-driven campaign management, and project management.
Experience working with modern CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Dynamics 365 Marketing, Hubspot, Braze, Marketo, Optimizely, SendGrid, or similar).
Strong communication skills in both German and English.
Creativity, conceptual thinking, and teamwork – you bring fresh ideas, understand target groups, and enjoy working cross-functionally.
