Automation Project Engineer (m/f/x)

What awaits you

• Supporting the sales department in the preparation of quotations, project meetings, project planning and preliminary costing
• Development of electrotechnical solutions for project-specific automation tasks
• Sub-project management in order processing
• Electrotechnical detail engineering, interface clarification and prioritization of upcoming work and capacity planning
• Standardization of processes, circuit diagram documents and components
• Implementation and coordination of development topics with the departments involved (mechanical design, software development, etc.)
• Technical support until the project is handed over to the customer

What you should bring

• Qualification as a technician or engineer specializing in electrical engineering/automation with relevant professional experience
• Experience and knowledge in standard-compliant control cabinet construction and in the creation of circuit diagram documents (EPLAN or similar)
• Knowledge of standards and regulations (e.g. UL/CSA, DIN EN ISO 12100 and 13849), ATEX, IECEX
• Strong teamwork skills as well as a structured and analytical way of working
• Good English and IT skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad
• Creativity and initiative in daily work
