Chaberton Professionals, the Middle Management division of Chaberton Partners, is currently looking for a Sales Agent or Independent Sales Partner for a Made in Italy high-end jewelry brand, an outstanding example of Italian excellence and craftsmanship, to strengthen its commercial presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Our client is renowned for its Italian craftsmanship, design excellence, and distinctive style. As part of its international expansion strategy, the company is seeking to collaborate with experienced professionals with a strong network in the jewelry industry.

• Develop and grow the sales network with jewelers and specialized retailers across the DACH region.
• Actively promote the brand and product collections to both existing and prospective clients.
• Gather market intelligence and client feedback to support the commercial strategy.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, client meetings, and other business development initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in the jewelry sector, high-end costume jewelry, or gold trading.
• Strong network of contacts with jewelers and luxury retailers in the DACH region.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of German is a strong plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong client orientation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region.
