Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated team member to support and drive automated application migrations from on-premise environments to AWS. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of AWS, a passion for automation, and strong scripting capabilities. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient, reliable, and secure migration processes within an enterprise context.

Key Responsibilities :

• Automate end-to-end application migration processes from on-premise infrastructure to AWS.
• Develop, manage, and enhance migration scripts and automation tooling.
• Work closely with development, operations, and cloud infrastructure teams to ensure smooth and successful migrations.
• Optimize existing AWS migration workflows for scalability and performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot migration challenges, ensuring timely resolution.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing around best practices for cloud migration automation.

Required Skills & Experience :

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS as a developer, engineer, or consultant.
• Solid background in enterprise-level cloud migrations.
• Advanced scripting skills, particularly in Python and Terraform, for AWS infrastructure automation.
• Practical experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, EC2, S3, CloudFormation, etc.
• Familiarity with AWS Migration Hub, AWS Application Migration Service, and Cloud Migration Factory is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong ownership mentality and a customer-centric approach to engineering solutions.
