We are seeking an experienced Corporate Marketing & Communication Manager Central & Eastern Europe who will lead and implement the coordinated execution of our Corporate Marketing Strategy and initiatives both internally and externally, primarily in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Poland.

To be successful, you will work closely with internal teams such as Corporate and BU Marketing, Medical Affairs, Public Policy, Market Access, and Sales. Externally, you will expand and engage our KOL network and bring to life our Partnering strategy with GPOs and Strategic accounts. You will also co-design and implement Omnichannel Campaigns.

The position reports to the Head of Strategic Marketing & Capabilities, C&EE.

Areas Of Responsibility

  • Lead our Corporate Marketing Strategy, including Corporate Brand, BD Signature Programs, and ESG communications in select geographies (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Israel, and some Eastern European countries).
  • Develop communication plans for BD in select Central and Eastern European markets, aligned with brand strategy and country priorities.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs on the commercialization of our BD Learning Academy.
  • Participate in co-creating BD EMEA Corporate campaigns and initiatives, collaborating with European Marketing at Headquarters and other Hubs. Lead localization and launch across C&EE, ensuring alignment and proper utilization of collateral and materials.
  • Develop and launch local C&EE awareness and lead generation omnichannel campaigns (priorities: Germany, S, A, Poland). Monitor and analyze their effectiveness in collaboration with the BDX Digital Marketing Lead.
  • Lead local advertising campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all customer-facing materials and channels (print/online).
  • Manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver projects effectively and within budget.
  • Build or customize assets with Graphic Designers for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate translation requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Design and implement local initiatives such as Media Training, PR Outreach, conference presence, and speaking engagements.
  • Lead and manage external BDx conferences, events, and KOL relations, ensuring compliance and recording impact.

Your Profile

Successful candidates will have prior marketing experience, ideally in medical marketing, with a good understanding of medical, clinical, and ESG realities, and experience working closely with Sales teams. Experience across various product portfolios or therapy areas is preferred. You should be confident in managing complex projects within a matrix organization, with strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • At least 8+ years in Corporate Marketing, ideally in healthcare.
  • Experience managing omnichannel campaigns for a corporate brand or product.
  • Experience working with Opinion Leaders.
  • Deep understanding of ESG.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Selling experience and media experience are pluses.
  • Experience in a matrix organization is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Scientific or medical knowledge related to healthcare delivery.
  • Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of Polish is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
