Strategic Finance Manager (f/m/x)

As our Finance Projects & Transformation Associate, you'll join us at a key moment of rapid growth, helping expand our AI-driven hospitality business across European markets.

You will have an impact on:

• Provide strategic financial advice to the CFO, Head of Finance and senior management on funding, capital structure and process optimisation
• Optimise and automate internal financial processes with a focus on efficiency, scalability and digital solutions
• Identify and implement new software solutions to further digitise and streamline finance operations
• Support fundraising projects (equity & debt) and develop innovative funding strategies
• Optimise payment processes to improve accuracy and efficiency of payments from platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Stripe)
• Data-driven decision making: Standardising and integrating financial and project data for greater control and transparency

What you will add:

• 2-5 years of experience in finance, fast-paced environment, startups
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
• Interest in innovative financing strategies and business models
• Independent and proactive working style with an eye for optimization potential
• Experience with implementing software solutions is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex topics in a clear and structured way
• Fluency in German is a big plus
