Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for all technical and infrastructural matters at our head office and coordinate external service providers together with your team.
  • You will independently develop concepts for site changes, manage projects, and plan necessary maintenance measures.
  • Using modern, software-supported inspection and maintenance plans, you support and ensure operational responsibility.
  • You negotiate maintenance contracts, conclude them in consultation with management, and ensure their ongoing support.
  • Processing ad-hoc inquiries, maintaining relevant property data, creating evaluations for process optimization, and coordinating the deployment of our in-house technicians are your daily tasks.
  • You act as a direct point of contact for the customer and are responsible for the economic realization of customer concerns and complaint processing.

You bring along:

  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or degree in facility management or a similar field and have gained initial professional experience in this area or in property management.
  • You possess good IT skills, are confident with MS Office and CAFM systems, and have knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • You are characterized by team spirit, a customer-oriented approach, ability to work under pressure, technical understanding, and business acumen.
  • Good English and/or German language skills are essential (at least B1 proficiency in one of them).
