We are seeking a Team Lead (gn) for our in-house Dynamics 365 CRM software development teams. We utilize the latest Microsoft technologies and agile methods (SCRUM, KANBAN) to develop and adapt quickly to customer, partner, and market needs, achieving short time-to-market cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage software developers and consultants globally, both interpersonally and disciplinarily.
• Strategically coordinate and develop teams to ensure effective collaboration and up-to-date methodologies and processes.
• Recruit new developers/consultants for the 365 CRM platform in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Support team members in their personal growth and operational tasks to meet SoftwareOne's ambitious goals.
• Establish and improve software engineering processes within the teams.
• Participate in designing, implementing, documenting, and testing software solutions.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes.
• Manage external service providers when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Product Owners to develop efficient solutions for internal customers.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience leading CRM projects.
• Validated leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM cloud platform and Power Platform.
• Experience with modern software engineering practices in low/no-code environments.
• Understanding of sales process design and implementation.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies (SCRUM and KANBAN).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Commitment to quality, scalability, and reliability.
• Passion for enabling and growing teams.
• Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, independent work style, ownership mindset ("You built it, you run it.").
