JOB SUMMARY

This role primarily focuses on growing the business and developing customer relationships with medium and global customers. The key objectives include improving cost efficiency of current operations by controlling the supply chain and exploring new business opportunities through effective communication and proactive solution development. This involves coordinating customer requests internally with teams such as Design Engineers, Customer Service, Sourcing, and Sales, as well as acquiring new customers for our products and services.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Identify and capture new opportunities within the assigned customer base and acquire potential new customers in your territory.
  2. Increase gross margins where applicable.
  3. Negotiate business agreements, including pricing and terms and conditions.
  4. Generate new business opportunities.
  5. Resolve customer issues promptly and positively.
  6. Develop and implement new solutions as additional product or service opportunities arise.
  7. Follow Nefab's sales process in drafting and presenting proposals.
  8. Comply with Nefab’s processes, including quoting, order management, and purchasing.
  9. Communicate customer or internal corrective actions and change orders.
  10. Adhere to ISO 9001 and FSC policies and procedures.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience as Key Account Manager (KAM) or selling to industrial customers; experience in Global Account Management is a plus.

LANGUAGES

  • Fluent in German.
  • Fluent in English.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to sell solutions effectively.
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex customer problems.
  • Sales or business development experience in logistics or industry.
  • Experience working in the Packaging industry is an asset.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret relevant information.
  • Effective response to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
  • Strong presentation and persuasive communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
