Tasks

As a BUSINESS ANALYST, you will support RFI/FRQ/SPOT Processes:

• Manage data of customer projects: preparation, cleaning, plausibility checks & clarification with customers
• Define RFI / RFQ structure (columns, content, rules)
• Set up & test in our in-house e-sourcing solution u-tender
• Customer communication
• Document data & processes
• Support supplier search, chasing, and communication via phone & email (active & passive)
• Analyze reasonable scenarios
• Handle awarding & communication
• Monitor & control spot updates during the year
• Create internal & external reports
• Build cross-functional partnerships internally and externally
• Manage customer requirements and support their development
• Maintain a competitive market knowledge
• Maintain the E-Sourcing Solution

Requirements

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING IS MOTIVATION

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience
• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot, vlookup, etc.)
• Fluent in English
• German beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strong personal commitment
• Procurement and/or supply chain experience (supplier or industry)
• Result and quality-oriented, precise way of working
• High customer service orientation
• Willingness and potential for learning and development (upholding company standards)
• Highly motivated, innovative, creative
