Your IMPACT:
- Monitor competition and provide regular reports to the Sales VP for Universal Enclosure Europe
- Track and enhance qualitative factors, including customer satisfaction metrics
- Develop and implement strategies for the regional execution of corporate goals and business expansion
- Participate in regional and national trade fairs to promote products and engage with customers
- Achieve sales performance indicators within your area of responsibility, manage personnel, and oversee the personal budget of employees
- Design product offerings within the established negotiation framework to meet customer needs and market demands

Your Profile:
- Completed degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), or a state-certified Electrical Technician qualification, or equivalent education
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in control cabinet and enclosure technology
- Experience in personnel management with budget responsibilities
- Proficient in PC skills, especially MS Office applications
- Familiar with Salesforce CRM for customer relationship management, process streamlining, and profitability improvement
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated, with demonstrated leadership abilities
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
