Your mission

• Goal-oriented management and technical guidance of employees in the welding shop
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Optimization and monitoring of welding processes and production sequences
• Training, guidance, and further development of welding personnel
• Active participation in welding work in day-to-day business, independently handling challenging welding tasks
• Collaboration with related departments such as design, production, and quality assurance

Your profile

• Completed training in the metal sector with further qualification as a certified welding foreman (m/f/d) or welding specialist; alternatively, a welder with relevant experience
• Several years of practical welding experience, ideally with management responsibilities
• Sound knowledge of common welding processes (e.g., MAG, MIG, WIG)
• Confident handling of technical drawings and relevant welding standards (e.g., DIN EN ISO 9606)
• High reliability, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach
• Confident appearance and strong communication skills
• Willingness to actively participate in the production process
