Collaboration with related departments such as design, production, and quality assurance
Your profile
Completed training in the metal sector with further qualification as a certified welding foreman (m/f/d) or welding specialist; alternatively, a welder with relevant experience
Several years of practical welding experience, ideally with management responsibilities
Sound knowledge of common welding processes (e.g., MAG, MIG, WIG)
Confident handling of technical drawings and relevant welding standards (e.g., DIN EN ISO 9606)
High reliability, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach
Confident appearance and strong communication skills
Willingness to actively participate in the production process
