SAP RE-FX Consultant (m / f / d) - German speaker - remote in Germany

Qiado is a growing start-up that went from 5 to more than 40 consultants in only 5 years and is focused on 3 processes : Contract Lease Management, Finance and Transformation Services.

As a Senior SAP RE-FX Consultant at Qiado, you will play a pivotal role in driving REFX, Real estate and Lease Accounting projects across various industries. You will leverage your expertise to guide clients through complex processes and ensure that optimal solutions are delivered. Not only will you be a key figure in configuration and implementation, but you'll also provide strategic insights to enhance business performance.

• Implement SAP RE-FX solutions tailored to client requirements, as well as being responsible for SAP RE-FX configurations and testing
• Participation in S / 4HANA implementation projects with RE-FX
• Analysis of business requirements and SAP solution definition
• Creation and updating of project documentation, including training materials for business application users
• Support of test processes, including documentation, advising the company on test case creation and acceptance criteria
• Resolution of system errors and implementation of optimizations
• Conducting and supporting root cause analysis of disruptions
• Identification of key SAP and non-SAP integration points and risk areas
• Collaboration with third-party suppliers

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance / Accounting, Economics, IT and / or similar fields or similar education
• Deep technical knowledge in SAP RE-FX and ideally several submodules of SAP Finance (e.g., FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-CA)
• Several years of experience as an SAP RE-FX consultant and proven success in various SAP RE-FX implementations
• Experience with SAP S / 4 Hana
• Knowledge of Real estate and / or Lease accounting processes
• Knowledge of Accounting (especially IFRS 16), Leasing or ERP projects
• Experience in consulting (internal or external) and skilled in navigating dynamic project environments
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
• Required language skills : German and minimum B2 English
