Position Summary: The Assistant Installation Manager supports daily operations of the installation department, including inventory, scheduling, training, and site support.

Essential Duties: Assist with job scheduling, inventory, recruitment, training, customer issue resolution, and safety compliance.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma, experience in home improvement or residential installations, project management skills, effective communication, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills: Experience in skilled trades, leadership abilities.

Travel & Physical Requirements: Local travel required; ability to perform physical tasks including climbing ladders and lifting weights.
