Hybrid role based in Hamburg – Fluency in both English and German required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 8 in the Compensation and Benefits department
  • Manage the external payroll service provider and the company pension scheme
  • Prepare reports for order calculation, including certificates and fraudulent self-employment claims
  • Present key information and analysis to senior leadership
  • Take responsibility for HR digitalisation projects and time recording systems across the business

Your Profile:

  • Degree with a focus in HR, Finance, or Controlling
  • At least 3 years' experience in Compensation and Benefits
  • Proficient in Workday, ATOSS, and SAP applications
  • Experience in pensions, time data management, and/or remuneration
  • Professional fluency in both English and German
