• Ensure the well-being of residents and staff through professionalism and empathy

• Assist in audits and quality assurance measures
• Collaborate with management and quality teams
• Help maintain high-quality care within legal and regulatory frameworks
• Contribute to the care and support process development
• Implement current nursing and scientific knowledge into daily work

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in elderly or health and nursing care
• Recognized qualification as a nursing manager
• Empathy and leadership skills
• Confident appearance and strong communication skills
• Flexibility and openness
