Role Description
As a Sales Specialist at Quascenta, you will manage the full sales cycle for our software applications. Your responsibilities include identifying leads, building customer relationships, and promoting our products through various engagement methods. You will also participate in conferences or seminars to promote our products and develop client relationships. The key expectations are:
- Achieve sales targets for PQMS applications, ensuring quarterly and annual revenue goals are met.
- Identify and develop business opportunities by engaging with quality, validation, and engineering teams.
- Present solutions to C-level executives and senior management, demonstrating the value we offer.
- Plan and prioritize activities such as customer visits, solution demos, RFP responses, proposal presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure high forecast accuracy (within 10% of reported sales) using HubSpot.
- Engage with customers to understand their challenges and position PQMS effectively.
- Oversee customer onboarding and ensure timely subscription renewals.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the PQMS suite.
This role is an individual contributor position, responsible for all sales activities in Germany.

Salary
This is a contract position. Quascenta is a Singapore-based company. We offer a gross salary plus an amount to cover social security and insurance contributions.
