Our subsidiary, Integrated Circuit Testing GmbH (ICT GmbH), with about 160 employees, develops and produces electron microscopes that monitor processes in semiconductor production and classify the smallest defects on wafers. To meet increasing demand, our location near Munich, Germany is expanding, and this position supports relocation.
The Senior Project Lead - New Product Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d) is responsible for transferring new electron-optical developments from R&D prototypes into serial production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create project schedules for New Production Introduction (NPI), ensuring timely transfer from R&D to production, including ramp-up to pilot and volume manufacturing.
- Ensure product introduction with proper documentation, jigs, tools, and spare parts.
- Collaborate closely with R&D during the prototype phase for a smooth transition to production.
- Participate early in the product development process and in design reviews.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers on industrialization targets.
- Work with customers to prepare and present status reports and participate in milestone reviews.
- Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM), manage change requests, and execute change control processes.
- Drive goals related to cost, quality, and cycle time.
Requirements:
- Technical master's degree with at least 5 years of experience in a high-tech NPI environment.
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements.
- Extensive project management experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under changing workloads and deadlines.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to relocate and work in an international, dynamic environment.
