Key Account Manager (German Speaker)

Job Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Leipzig, Saxony, Germany

Base pay range: Competitive basic salary of €38k, OTE taking your package up to €75k

Language Requirement: You must speak German fluently to qualify for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Handle existing accounts and cross-sell, with some new business development involved.
• Responsible for territory revenue and margin performance.
• Develop detailed account plans for each managed key account.
• Quickly gain a grounding with product training and sales tactics to maintain/grow portfolio of managed accounts.
• Expand new sourcing opportunities within existing distributor accounts.
• Deliver effective pipeline management of all new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level.
• Bi-lingual fluency in German and English.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in your career.
