In order to support our team in Langenhagen, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

Supply Chain Coordinator IT Data Processes (d / f / m)

The position is an integrated part of the Airbus Military Germany Customer Services organization within the German Material Support On-Site team.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Encharge for all supply chain flows from and to the warehouses
  • Coordinate timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality material management of spare parts and repairs
  • Define, create, and implement automated supply chain processes
  • Conduct data analysis for continuous optimization of supply chain processes
  • Coordinate activities related to warehouse and logistics, acting as the focal point for the logistic service provider and material management
  • Coordinate the customs process and ensure compliance with export control requirements
  • Report material and logistics data errors to the relevant Centre of Competence for continuous improvement

Desired skills and qualifications

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or similar, or extensive practical experience in a relevant area
  • Experience in Material Support, Logistics, or Supply Chain
  • Affinity for IT, data, and process analysis
  • Very good Excel knowledge; initial programming experience is an advantage
  • Process-oriented with high interest in continuous improvement and practical solutions
  • English at negotiation level and good German language skills
