Become part of Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder as a Supply Chain & Performance Manager FMRE. Use your ability to quickly recognise correlations and use your analytical skills in a dynamic environment to efficiently coordinate workflows and deliver results on time. Your communication skills will be key to successfully liaising with contacts at all levels.

The gross annual salary is between €77,400 and max. €80,500, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa). The position is initially limited until August 2026.

Job description

Tasks

  • Implementation and coordination of supply chain management between FMRE and General Procurement to ensure efficient processes and KPI transparency
  • Implementation of the FMRE supply chain strategy including support with the contractual roadmap
  • Consolidation and optimization of the supply chain performance system (KPIs) by evaluating cross-service performance data
  • Supporting technical specifications and KPI development for service lines as well as structured monitoring during implementation
  • Analyzing the overall performance of the FMRE supply chain to identify efficiency improvements
  • Promoting digital transformation by co-designing and implementing new technologies in the SCM environment
  • Quality assessment for tenders (Call for Tender, CFT) to ensure compliance with contractual and technical standards
  • Maintaining and developing internal guidelines and organizing training measures to continuously improve the team's supply chain expertise

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Logistics (at least Master or Diploma)
  • Several years of professional experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Logistics as well as in Stakeholder Management
  • Basic knowledge in Change Management and Project Management
  • Confident handling of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German and English, at least C1 level
  • An existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa) is mandatory
  • English CV mandatory
