IT Support (m / f / d) - hybrid working (remote & presence)

For an innovative company in the field of IT, we are looking for a dedicated IT support employee (m / f / d) to join the team in supporting and maintaining the IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be the first point of contact (m / f / d) for technical queries and problems and ensure that all systems are running smoothly. These are your main areas of activity

  • First point of contact (m / f / d) and troubleshooter (incident management) for all IT-relevant issues in our existing IT environment, for internal users (m / f / d)
  • Recording, classifying and solution-oriented processing of incident reports and service requests with documentation as well as maintaining and adding to the knowledge database
  • Carrying out error analyses and initiating appropriate measures in 2nd level support
  • Setting up, managing and maintaining user accounts, e.g. in the Active Directory and Exchange
  • Supporting IT projects, e.g. software and client hardware rollouts and migration scenarios
  • Creating documentation and instructions to assist end users (m / f / d) and conducting basic training courses

What you bring with you

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m / f / d) for system integration or comparable training
  • Practical experience in IT customer support or IT support / service desk or in application support
  • Good knowledge of hardware (PCs, notebooks, smartphones, printers) and software (Microsoft OS, AD, Exchange, Office products)
  • Confident handling of a ticket system
  • Strong service orientation as well as good communication and teamwork skills
  • Good self-organization, a high level of commitment and a high degree of quality awareness
