You will work in our e-mobility department and be responsible for the following tasks:
Remote support for AC and DC charging stations, as well as our payment systems
Telephone support and remote maintenance
Processing of tickets in the ticket systems and testing of charging systems in our backend
Direct contact for our customers in technical advice
Installation and training of our software products via remote maintenance
Technical support for colleagues in sales and service and our partners
Scheduling of our service technicians and support of the technicians by telephone and remote maintenance
What you bring with you:
Completed training in electronic or IT field
Solution-oriented work attitude
Basic knowledge of network technology and interest in learning new things
Strong communication skills in customer conversations
Confident handling of networks and Windows operating systems as well as very good technical understanding
Enjoyment of contact with people and interest in constantly expanding professional knowledge
Very good written and spoken German skills
High comprehension, resilience, reliability, accuracy and ability to work in a team
