The Schwarz IT manages the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the Schwarz Group companies. It is responsible for selecting, providing, operating, and further developing IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications. To support business units with IT solutions that optimize their processes, Schwarz IT gathers requirements through consultations and develops professional, high-performance IT solutions in collaboration with them.

Your Responsibilities

1. Modernize IT solutions for Lidl and Kaufland stores.
2. Design data, interfaces, and processes for cash register data and billing.
3. Plan and coordinate international rollouts.
4. Work as part of a cross-functional product team to create user stories, prioritize, test, and support software operations.
5. Improve software quality and automation levels.
6. Advise internal clients from ideation to implementation.

Your Profile

1. Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
2. Interest in utilizing cloud and container technologies, implementing, optimizing, and automating them in an operational environment.
3. Strong knowledge of agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
4. Ability to prioritize complex requirements and make decisions under uncertainty.
5. Practical experience working with development teams and willingness to actively participate.
6. Enjoy working collaboratively and possess convincing communication skills.
7. Proficiency in German and English.
