• Ensuring the smooth operation of the HYDAC online store :

This includes the daily monitoring of the online store and, if necessary, support with other platforms (marketplaces, portals) for technical errors and functionalities. You are the first point of contact for operational problems and ensure that they are quickly identified and ideally rectified or forwarded to the service provider for resolution.

• Direct processing of technical errors and user feedback :

You actively accept user feedback, analyze technical problems and take the first steps to rectify errors. This may involve reproducing errors, testing workarounds or providing precise documentation to pass on to the service provider.

• Actively perform testing on new releases :

Before new functions or updates to the e-commerce solutions go live, you will be operationally involved in test planning and execution. You create test cases, execute them in detail and document the results to ensure the quality and stability of the systems.

• Operational content maintenance and content development :

You are directly responsible for the operational implementation of the content strategy in the store. This includes entering and updating information, images and texts in coordination with the marketing and content teams.

• Operational support for roll-outs of new online store and eCommerce offers, if applicable :

When introducing new store functions or connecting additional platforms, you will be actively involved in the operational implementation steps. This may include configuring systems, testing interfaces or supporting data migration.

How you inspire us

• Successfully completed vocational training, e.g. in IT, marketing or sales
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in interaction with digital marketing, e-commerce and classic sales
• Good technical knowledge in the IT environment
• Knowledge of e-commerce store systems (e.g. Magento) and SAP is an advantage
• Personal strengths : Structured thinking, independent working style and strong IT affinity
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Occasional willingness to travel nationally to our locations
