Summary

Job Summary:

• Performs routine, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
• This position is primarily on the evening shift; training will be on the day shift for up to one month.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 to 3 years of commercial or hospital maintenance experience
• On-call rotation, including weekends, approximately every 5 to 6 weeks when fully staffed; must be available for emergencies
• Participation in holiday rotation, at least one holiday per year
• MD driver's license with a good driving record
