Recruiter & HR Coordinator (m/f/d)

Ryanair Engineering Germany GmbH with its company seat at the airport Berlin-Schönefeld was founded in 2018 and is a 100% subsidiary of Ryanair. The Irish airline group currently operates a fleet of more than 600 modern Boeing 737NG and MAX 10, Boeing 737-8200 Game Changer, and Airbus A320 aircrafts. We will continue to expand by more than 300 aircraft by 2030. Our engineers and mechanics are responsible for the maintenance of all Ryanair aircrafts in multiple stations across Germany.

We are looking for a Recruiter & HR Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our dedicated HR team based in Berlin-Schönefeld. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, project management, and various HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Publish open roles, source, and screen candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring team
• Coordinate onboarding process of new hires to ensure their smooth transition into their roles
• Manage HR projects, utilize social media for the promotion of the company’s events and career days

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, or customer-service field ideal
• General computer literacy, including good user skills with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Advanced knowledge of English and German (C1 level)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player mentality
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
• Proactive and result-oriented approach
