Role Overview

The ideal candidate will serve as both an Architect and Developer within the Sailpoint IdentityNow platform, supporting a strategic Identity Access Management (IAM) initiative for SGL. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions while collaborating with distributed teams in Copenhagen and Manila.

• Design and develop solutions within Sailpoint IdentityNow to enhance identity and access management processes.
• Configure workflows, rules, and connectors to meet project requirements.
• Maintain the scalability and security of the Sailpoint IdentityNow environment.
• Collaborate with teams in Copenhagen and Manila (EMEA hours) to ensure project success.
• Facilitate integrations between Sailpoint IdentityNow and other enterprise systems.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architect and Developer for Sailpoint IdentityNow projects.
• Solid understanding of IAM principles and best practices.
• Expertise in configuring workflows, rules, and connectors within Sailpoint IdentityNow.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Sailpoint IdentityNow integrations in complex environments.
• Knowledge of IT security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Certifications related to IAM or Sailpoint technologies.
