Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated team member (m/f/d) to join our Polish customer service team at our headquarters in Treppendorf. You will be the first point of contact for our customers via chat, phone, and email, ensuring they feel valued and well looked after.

Responsibilities

  1. Process orders, create quotations, and manage customer accounts.
  2. Provide first-level after-sales support and advise customers in the international area.
  3. Represent customer concerns and interests through various communication channels.
  4. Manage responsibilities independently, including handling returns, exchanges, credit notes, and repairs.
  5. Coordinate with our specialist service and workshops.
  6. Provide product advice and assist with translation work in collaboration with departments.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in written and spoken Polish and English.
  • Passionate about music and/or experience in the music industry (preferred).
  • Experience in customer support and advising.
  • High initiative, commitment, team spirit, and goal orientation.
  • Courteous and competent interaction with customers.
  • Proficiency in PC and common office applications.
  • Knowledge of another language is a plus.
