The aim of the CX Intelligence Specialist (m/f/x) role is to ensure the seamless operation and performance of the MyDCSI satisfaction platform while delivering data-driven insights and analytics to support customer experience strategies. It also aims to enhance CX initiatives by leveraging internal data and AI tools to better understand and meet evolving customer expectations.

Location: Frankfurt am Main | Scope: Fulltime, 40 weekly hours | Type: Qualified personnel leasing

The role involves the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular system health checks and diagnostics for MyDCSI to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide real-time operational support, including issue resolution and user assistance, to maintain seamless functionality of the MyDCSI system
  • Leverage existing dashboards and tools to support projects or management requests
  • Proactively offer insights for topics raised by the CX Planning team (example handover, test drive, changing)
  • Identify trends in the 360-degree CX measurement dashboard and proactively prompt internal colleagues/department to deep dive into existing dashboard
  • Support the team with quarterly CX Intelligence Forum
  • Support departments in implementing improvements of NPS based on analysis outcomes

Your Profile:

  • University degree in Data Sciences, Statistics, or related data analytics fields. Master’s degree is a plus
  • Min 1 year prior work experience, advantage with an automotive manufacturer and/or a relevant service provider
  • Experience in system maintenance and operational support, preferably with multi-market platforms
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in English
