You have proven experience in software engineering (>3 years), preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment, such as a start-up or scale-up.
You possess deep technical knowledge and experience with Elixir, Postgres, Phoenix, LiveView, and TailwindCSS.
You have a hands-on, can-do mentality: we are looking for team members who can and want to deliver ideas end-to-end.
You have a demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt and improve unsuccessful attempts until the desired outcome is achieved – “this can’t be done” is not part of your vocabulary.
You are a strong communicator – from planning meetings to code documentation.
Your analytical skills and customer focus allow you to grasp quickly what customers actually need and how to deliver it in an optimal way.
Finally, you are proficient in English – German skills are not necessary, but are a plus.
